The controversy around Low Traffic Neighbourhoods has been incredibly vocal and isn't going away any time soon. As liberals, how should we respond to the aims and concerns of both sides of the debate? What does the evidence show is really going on? And what lessons can we learn from the party's approach elsewhere?
