Make Warren Road Safe

We are calling for the immediate introduction of traffic calming measures on Warren Road to improve road safety.

Many of us have significant concerns over the amount of traffic that comes whizzing down this densely populated road every day.

Residents have witnessed dozens of accidents, some serious, especially at the junction with Warren Avenue. Lorries also get stuck as they are unable to take the sharp turn onto Francis Road.

We call on Waltham Forest Council to:

  1. Lower the speed limit along Warren Road to 20 MPH;
  2. Add in speed humps; and
  3. Change the road layout at the junction with Warren Avenue, so the priority returns to Warren Road and create a hard stop for those turning on to the road from Warren Avenue.

If you agree with us, please sign our petition to demand action from the council.
