Friday 27 January is #HolocaustMemorialDay to remember victims of the Holocaust and other genocides. Residents can leave flowers at the Anne Frank tree in Fellowship Square, Walthamstow E17, to mark the day.

A&E wait times through the roof with 1,136 waiting over 12 hours

New figures released today (12/01/23) have revealed the extent of the NHS crisis in Waltham Forest. In Barts Health NHS Trust, 4,552 people waited over 4 hours to be seen in December. Even more alarmingly, 1,136 people waited over 12 hours to be seen in December during the winter crisis.
